To request a cancellation or change, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will cancel an order without a cancellation fee if it has not shipped and fulfillment can still be stopped. If fulfillment can no longer be stopped, we will explain the status and the return options; statutory withdrawal and cancellation rights still apply.
If we cannot fulfill an item, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for that unfulfilled item and associated charges as applicable. If shipment is delayed beyond the disclosed timeframe, we will offer the consent-or-cancellation options required by law. Refunds for cancellations will be issued to the original payment method promptly and within the applicable legal deadline. We will not substitute a materially different item without your agreement.
