Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping destinations and charges

We accept orders for U.S. and international destinations only where a shipping service is available at checkout. A policy mentioning international orders does not mean that every country is supported. Shipping charges, currency, and applicable taxes collected by us are displayed before payment. Any free-shipping offer is subject to the eligibility terms shown with that offer.

Order processing and dispatch

Any product-specific dispatch timeframe shown before purchase applies to that item. When no dispatch timeframe is stated, we will ship within 30 calendar days of receiving a completed order or notify you of a delay and offer cancellation with a full refund for unshipped merchandise. We will obtain consent to any delay as required by applicable law. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Delivery estimates and tracking

Carrier transit time is additional to processing time and depends on the destination and selected service. Refer to delivery estimates displayed with the selected shipping service before purchase; contact us if an estimate is unavailable. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly identified as guaranteed. We provide tracking when available after dispatch. Items may ship separately.

International orders

Customs clearance can affect delivery time. Where duties, import taxes, or carrier clearance charges are not collected at checkout, the recipient may be responsible for those charges under destination-country rules. Contact us before ordering if the treatment of import charges is unclear. We do not describe an order as duties-paid unless that is explicitly stated before purchase. We do not guarantee a local fulfillment origin; ask us for the dispatch origin of a particular item before ordering.

Delivery problems

Contact us promptly for missing, delayed, damaged, or incorrect deliveries. Include your order number and relevant photographs where available. We will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution, including replacement or refund where required. Carrier delays or a delivery scan do not remove your statutory rights. Please verify the delivery address before ordering and contact us promptly for corrections.
