Refund policy

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. For voluntary change-of-mind returns, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and have its original tags attached. This condition does not restrict your rights for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods or any applicable statutory withdrawal right.

How to return

1. Email contact@IamAddictedToYou.com with your order number, the item, and whether you request a refund or exchange. A reason is helpful but is not required when exercising a statutory withdrawal right.
2. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. The business mailing address below is not automatically the return warehouse address.
3. Package the item securely and keep your shipping receipt and tracking. Request your return within the 30-day window and send it within 14 calendar days after receiving instructions, unless applicable law provides a different period.

Return fees and shipping

No restocking fee applies. For voluntary change-of-mind returns, you pay the carrier's actual return shipping cost; we do not impose an additional return-processing fee. Original shipping charges are not refunded on voluntary returns except where required by law. For a wrong, defective, or damaged item, we cover necessary return shipping and refund applicable delivery charges when a refund is the appropriate remedy.

Refund method and timing

We will inspect returned items and issue an eligible refund to the original payment method within 7 business days after receiving the return. We will explain any refusal or deduction. Banks and payment providers may take additional time to post the refund. Contact us if you have not received confirmation or a refund within the stated timeframe. Statutory deadlines take priority whenever they require an earlier refund.

Exceptions and exchanges

No product is excluded from this policy merely because it is discounted or swimwear. Any lawful product-specific final-sale exception must be clearly disclosed before purchase and does not restrict remedies for defective or incorrectly supplied goods. Exchanges depend on stock availability; contact us for instructions. We may arrange a return and separate replacement order.

International and statutory rights

Where EU/EEA or UK distance-selling withdrawal rights apply, you may notify us of withdrawal within 14 calendar days after delivery without giving a reason and send the goods back within the applicable 14-day return period. We reimburse qualifying payments, including the least expensive standard outbound delivery charge, within the applicable statutory deadline, generally 14 calendar days after withdrawal notice; we may withhold reimbursement until goods or evidence of return are received where permitted. You pay return shipping for change-of-mind withdrawal as disclosed here. Handling beyond what is necessary to inspect goods may result in a lawful deduction for diminished value. Statutory exceptions apply only where lawful and properly disclosed.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights, warranties, or remedies under applicable U.S., state, or destination-country law.
