We now live in the midst of a democracy of images. How we experience style has been unalterably changed—and has permanently changed how we dress. It doesn’t speak about the truth affirmations from a position of great authority, it’s about rhythm and speed and singularity. It’s about populism. What takes after, then, is another sort of portfolio—one that unites the designers, models, and personalities who, through their vision and the boldness of their stylish feelings, are characterizing the design of our era.
