A Good and Bad Food For The Thyroid- Check Our List!


Is there a  bad food for your thyroid? Of course there is. The same as there is food that is very good and healthy for it.

The thyroid is a very small body part that is producing a key hormones for your body’s metabolism and for your body to function properly. Today more and more people are suffering from the thyroid diseases and mostly due to stress they have.

If it works properly, you are not even aware that you have it, even though it is positioned in your neck. It helps to regulate your temperature, metabolism, heartbeat and more.

So, if it starts to not working properly you will notice, for sure. There will start the problems with the  thyroid hormone production(TH).

If there is not enough of the hormones, you might experience weight gain, depression with anxiety and  sluggishness.

If your thyroid produces the excessive amount of hormones then you might experience problems with your heartbeat, weight loss,  nervousness,  irritability and  sweating.
