Golden Globes 2016 Best Actress in a Drama: Brie Larson!  Brie Larson won the  Golden Globes 2016 Best Actress in a Drama award for her role, portraying character Ma in the motion picture “Room”.  Devastating story about a young woman (Ma- Brie Larson) held captive with her son Jack (Jacob Tremblay) in a small room for long, seven years. This room was without windows, only small skylight in the ceiling and with bad, toilet, bathtub and kitchen all in one place.

During all those years, the character played by Brie Larson, Ma, hid the real truth from her son, trying to protect him. When he turns up 5, she realized that the time has come to reveal the truth and to try to escape somehow from the man who held them for years, old Nick (Sean Bridgers). She feared that after he lost his job and run out of cash, he would have turned against them and their safety will be in question.

She taught her son Nick how to play dead and the clever plan worked out. And this is where the plot of this interesting movie begins!
