Changes you need to make after every brakeup
It’s a far better solution to look for a way to continue your life after a brake up than to endlessly obsess over your ex. Stalking his Facebook and asking your common friends about him all the time won’t help you, taking your life back into your own hands will. There are no universal advices for doing so; each and every person is different. Still, there are a couple of things you can do that definitely do help.
Change his name in the contacts list on your phone. If it’s something cutesy you used to call each other, change it to just his ordinary name. If you, like many others, have a tendency to drunk dial people while out in town – change his name to something that will remind you not to do that.
Change things about yourself. If you ever wanted to try a different haircut, or even a hair color, now is the time. Buy that sweater you always wanted; start wearing something you never did before. Doing something only for yourself is a great way to leave the past behind and embark on a whole new life path.
When you’re feeling a bit less under the weather about the whole situation, put yourself back on the market. In this day and age there are a lot of dating apps download them and go wild! If you’re not ready to see anyone new just yet, at least chat a bit. The attention you will receive from men will boost your self-confidence and who knows; you might meet someone who will make you forget all your exes.
While we are at the subject of dating, try changing the type of men you date. Try talking to someone you would never talk to before – you just might discover more about yourself than you will about him.
