Bobbi Kristina Browns Funeral Was Perfect, Says Whitney Houston Former Hairstylist Get the Details
Bobbi Kristina Brown’s memorial ceremony was “impeccable” and included a touching video set up together by Tyler Perry, who also helped keep the peace amid an intrusion, a family companion says.
Ellin LaVar, the previous beautician of the 22-year-old’s late mother Whitney Houston, talked with E! News only about the little, private remembrance, which occurred on Saturday at St. James United Methodist Church in Alpharetta, Georgia. She said it was a closed casket administration. The casket was silver and decorated with pink roses.
LaVar called the burial service “simple and flawless” and “impeccable, similar to her, little and fragile.”
“The service was relaxed and appropriate for her and her life,” she told E! News. “It was excellent.”
Relatives, for example, Bobbi Kristina’s dad Bobby Brown and close relatives Leolah Brown, Tina Brown and Pat Houston , and also celeb companions, for example, Tyler Perry were in participation. Perry, Pat, Tina, two of Bobbi Kristina’s closest companions and her middle school principal all spoke, LaVar said.
Her grandma and Whitney’s mom Cissy Houston, in addition to Donnie McClurkin and CeCe Winans performed songs, LaVar said. All three are Grammy-winning Gospel singers. McClurkin sang “Stand.” He had performed the same tune at Whitney’s burial service in 2012.
A standout amongst the most moving minutes at Bobbi Kristina’s burial service came graciousness of Perry, who set up together a movie made up of home videos indicating Bobbi Kristina at distinctive ages, from about age 1 until adulthood.
“It was truly touching video,” LaVar told E! News. “It finished like she was waving farewell. It was exceptionally passionate to see it.”
