Amazing, healthy smoothies for every day
I am sure you’ve all heard of smoothies, those incredible mixes of the most nutritious fruits and vegetables! More and more, over the past few years, even a decade, people started to talk about how much our environment is polluted, including the soil and the air!
Our bodies have natural defences against toxins, but what to do when the amounts of toxins get to the limit when our bodies cannot be able to eliminate them? That’s the point when we get sick! However, before that happens, there are a lot of things that we can do for ourselves and for our health.
And smoothies are the perfect solution for that! Full of healthy and nutritious ingredients with lots of fibers, vitamins and minerals, they are the perfect defense against everyday stress and poor diet!
